Cancellations & Refunds
At Healthilyze, we believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and therefore we follow a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are made within 1–2 days of placing the order for our software or services.
- However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the process of activation, setup, or service initiation has already begun.
- Since Healthilyze provides software solutions and digital services, once access/licenses have been delivered or services initiated, cancellations are generally not possible.
Refunds
- Refunds or replacements can be considered if the customer establishes that the service delivered was defective, not as described, or not functioning as intended.
- In case of issues with software access or technical defects, the same must be reported to our Customer Service Team within 1–2 days of purchase/activation.
- Our technical team will review and verify the issue, and if valid, an appropriate resolution (repair, replacement, or refund) will be provided.
- Any refund, once approved by Healthilyze, will be processed within 1–2 working days to the customer’s original payment method.
Important Notes
- Since we provide digital software solutions, cancellations or refunds are not applicable for services that have already been delivered, activated, or customized for the user.
- In case of complaints regarding third-party services or integrations (if any), customers may be required to contact the respective service providers.
- Healthilyze reserves the right to make the final decision on all cancellation and refund requests.
